Interior Warranty

Eclipse Painting & Wallcovering, Ltd.  warrants labor and materials used for a period of 4 years from the job completion date.  If  you experience paint failure within the warranty period, we will return to correct the problem at no cost to you.  This warranty excludes damage caused by accidental or any other abuses, temperature and humidity changes, structural settling and moisture.  Cracks in drywall and trim will be properly prepared and painted but if there is structural movement or fluctuations in interior humidity (Summer/Winter cycle) they are likely to return and therefore can not be guaranteed under this warranty.

Exterior Warranty

Eclipse Painting & Wallcovering, Ltd. warrants labor and material used for a period of 4 years from the job completion date.  If you experience paint failure within the warranty period, we will return to correct the problem at no cost to you.  This warranty excludes coating failure caused by accidental or any other abuses including, but not limited to home alterations, vandalism, fire or smoke damage, water damage from roof leaks or faulty gutters, rust, or rotted wood.  Exposed horizontal surfaces including but not limited to decking, are not covered under this warranty as the accumulation and melting of snow creates extreme moisture conditions.
